About Us
Kids Cove Preschool is a play-based Preschool where learning through play supports the whole child. Through experience and practice, children will grow socially, emotionally, physically, and academically. We provide a safe environment for children to become independent thinkers while developing positive self-concepts. We believe self-regulation and resilience are direct results of learning through play. By “doing” and “experiencing” children construct internal building blocks for both personal growth and life skills, with the greatest benefits coming from a child’s body and mind working together. It is our commitment to provide a loving, respectful, and joyful place for all children to play, learn, and grow in order to reach their full potential.
Our Program
We have two classes available. AM runs from 8:15-11:15 Monday-Thursday and PM runs from 12:30-3:30 Monday through Thursday. Our curriculum is based off of The Creative Curriculum with a touch of Montessori and Emilia Regilio. Our classes are mixed age groups. This has proven to be very beneficial for both older and younger students. Children must be fully potty trained to attend Kids Cove Preschool and must be 3 by the first day of class.
Our Classes
We offer two classes. that run Monday - Thursday. Our AM class is from 8:15-11:15 and our afternoon class is from 12:30-3:30. All classes are a mixed age group. We accept children ages 3 - 5 y/o. All children must be fully potty trained in order to attend.
Our Staff
Our Teachers are Danya
Kloser and Tara Ward. Danya
has been working in the ECE capacity for over 23 years and has a degree in Early Childhood Education as well as a Child Development Credential. Tara has been working with children for over 22 years. Together they bring years of knowledge, experience, and education to our preschool program.
